By placing an order on MonteRosa™, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Pricing & Taxes
All prices listed on the website are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

2. Marketing Entity
All products are marketed by:

3. Shipping Liability
Our responsibility ends once the parcel is handed over to the courier service.

While all items are packed with care and under strict supervision, MonteRosa™ is not liable for any loss, theft, breakage, or damage during transit.

4. Courier Tracking
You will receive a tracking (docket) number once your order is shipped. You can use this number to track your package on the courier company’s website.

5. Additional Charges
In rare cases, additional charges such as Octroi, Entry Tax, or Local Levies may be applied at the time of delivery. These are to be borne by the recipient.

6. Product Information
Product prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Shipping Timeline
Standard delivery lead time is 6–9 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the delivery location.

8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall MonteRosa™ be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products/services.

9. Maximum Liability
In any event, MonteRosa™’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question.

10. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (India).
