At MonteRosa™, we value your satisfaction and take pride in the quality of our fragrances. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet.

• If cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be processed

• If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and our return policy will apply

Return Policy:

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in original saleable condition

• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product was received damaged or incorrect

Damaged or Wrong Product:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

• Please share a photo of the product within 24 hours of delivery

• We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund as per your preference
